Shiobara Onsen Toteyaki

"Toteyaki" is a confectionery shaped like the trumpet horn that was used on horse-drawn carriages in the past, and is made with local ingredients such as milk and eggs, with each store offering its own original filling. Although it looks like a crepe on the outside, it is wrapped in a batter similar to castella.
