There are seven different colors of water, so you can enjoy bathing in a variety of baths unique to Shiobara. We will announce the participating bathing facilities on this page as soon as they are decided.

Shiobara’s representative highland vegetable “ Shiobara Plateau turnip ” will be made into a soup and served to all participants! “Shiobara turnips, which grow sweet and juicy in the cool highlands, are known locally as “ Fatty turnip This rare turnip is also known as “Shiobara turnip,” and its deliciousness at this time of year is exceptional. Be sure to enjoy the soup that will soothe your tired body after completing the race, and the melt-in-your-mouth smooth texture of the Shiobara turnip!

Shiobara Onsen has a history of 1200 years and has flourished as a hot spring resort with abundant hot water and beautiful scenery. Why not try the special experience of running through this atmospheric hot spring town? You will also feel the warmth of people working at the inns and hot spring town, as well as tourists, cheering you on from the roadside, at various points throughout the race.
