This safe and delicious "living milk" is made by collecting only high-quality raw milk from affiliated dairy farmers of the local Hokine Dairy Cooperative and pasteurizing it using the international standard of 72°C for 15 seconds, a low-temperature pasteurization method that is common in Europe and the United States.
