Made with buckwheat flour milled in-house using buckwheat grown in Numata, Hokkaido.

The soba noodles are made with 100% buckwheat flour, which is milled in-house using stone mills from buckwheat grown in Numata, Hokkaido. The dipping sauce is made with carefully selected ingredients, including Honkare Yakibushi, Kashiwaya's original blend of soy sauce (Gifu), and the finest Mikawa mirin (Aichi).
