Takeyama Hokine Shrine Takashimizu (remote worship hall)
The worship hall originated from Takashimizu Shrine, which is said to have been founded in the first year of the Daido era (806).
According to the shrine's legend, a cloud rose like a dragon from Izawa, Utsuno (Nasushiobara City), and then shining brightly crossed over to Kirisamezaki. A shrine was built to worship the deity Takashimizu Daigongen, and Takashimizu Shrine was founded.
