Nogi Maresuke’s former Nasuno residence

The Nogi Villa is a wooden, tiled-roofed building with an area of ​​170m2 that was designed by General Nogi Maresuke himself. General Nogi loved this area of ​​Sekirin very much, and spent a total of four years at the villa with his wife Shizuko in 1892, where he himself worked with hoes and spades, devoting himself to farming. The current villa was rebuilt in 1993. Only the exterior can be viewed.
