Kuroiso Shrine

Kuroiso Shrine was founded in 1902 in Kuroiso, which developed as a key transportation hub alongside the development of Nasunohara. The shrine enshrines three main deities: Amaterasu Omikami, the sun goddess; Okuninushi, the god of nation-building and matchmaking; and Uka-Mitama-no-Kami, who governs bountiful harvests and prosperous business, and continues to watch over the peace and prosperity of the region to this day.
