Kikuchi Ichiro Shoten
Founded in 1937 by Ichiro Kikuchi, the founder of the company, in the rich natural surroundings of the Nasu Mountain Range.
We started out by producing traditional Japanese noodles, Shimada Udon, and have now expanded our product line to include noodles (Chinese noodles, udon, soba, yakisoba, dried noodles), skins (gyoza, spring rolls, wonton, shumai), soups, rice, and more.
