Enshiro
From spring to autumn, the shop mainly serves handmade soba noodles, and also sells freshly picked vegetables.
The most popular dish is the tempura soba, which is topped with tempura (daikon radish, turnip) made from highland vegetables and wild plants grown in-house. It is also elegant to eat soba while listening to the sounds of the clear stream flowing below the terrace and the chirping of the stag frogs and river cicadas.
