Tatematsu Wahei Literary Monument
A literary monument erected near the Kaikō Garden on the Taisho Roman Momiji Kaido (formerly National Route 400).
A sentence from Wahei Tatematsu's full-length novel, "At the Most Beautiful Place in Life," which is set in Shiobara Onsen, is engraved on the monument. The monument overlooks the Hoki River, allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
