From the west exit of Nasushiobara Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen, take the JR Bus Kanto Shiobara Line and get off at Agripal Shiobara (approximately 44 minutes) → walk for about 1 minute. From the Nishinasuno-Shiobara Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, take National Route 400 towards Shiobara for about 10 minutes.
