[Japan Heritage Monitor Tour] Stay at Nasu Onsen! Autumn-colored Nasu Monitor Tour – Includes Ozeki Kumihimo (braided cord) and 3 apples as souvenirs. Explore the charming Nasunogahara, a Japan Heritage site “The Future Envisioned by Meiji Aristocrats,” over 2 days. We are recruiting participants for a monitor tour of Nasunogahara (Otawara City, Yaita City, Nasushiobara City, and Nasu Town) with the aim of creating a sightseeing route around the Japan Heritage site “The Future Envisioned by Meiji Aristocrats: A Romantic Tale of Nasunogahara Development,” which has been certified by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, and developing content for tourism resources . We would appreciate your cooperation in completing a questionnaire after your participation. This is an affordable way to experience the area and an opportunity to connect with the local community. ① Stay at Hotel Epinal Nasu in Nasu Onsen (Japanese kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast) ② Two lunches included (Nasunogahara beef sukiyaki set meal & ayu rice, salt-grilled/fried ayu) ③ Afternoon tea with cheese sweets plate at the former Aoki family Nasu villa ④ Experience making Ozeki Kumihimo braided cords associated with the Kurobane domain (Ozeki Kumihimo keychain souvenir included) ⑤ Apple picking at Yaita, a Japanese Heritage site (3 apples to take home & tasting) ⑥ Admission to 6 facilities included (Nasunogahara Museum, Nogi Shrine Treasure Hall, Former Aoki Family Nasu Villa, Nasu Historical Exploration Museum, Kurobane Basho Museum, Yamagata Aritomo Memorial Museum) ⑧ A Japanese Heritage certified guide will accompany and explain on both days. ⑦ All of the above is included for only 10,000 yen per person (based on double occupancy) Dates : Wednesday, November 12th – Thursday, November 13th, 2025 (1 night, 2 days) Meeting Place: Nasu Area Tourist Information Center, 2nd floor, West Exit of JR Nasushiobara Station: 9:10 AM Price : 10,000 yen per person (tax included) for two people sharing a room *Same price for adults and children Eligibility: Residents outside of Otawara City, Yaita City, Nasushiobara City, and Nasu Town. Precautions

The meeting place will be the “Nasu Area General Tourist Information Center” on the 2nd floor of JR Nasushiobara Station.

From the ticket gate, head towards the East Exit and turn right. It’s opposite the souvenir shop “HANAGATAYA”. • Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. • A Japan Heritage certified guide will accompany you on both days. • The itinerary may be subject to change. • Payment will be collected at the reception on the day of the tour (cash or card).
