This smooth, melt-in-your-mouth soft serve ice cream is made with soft mix produced in the milk processing facility located within the roadside station. Using fresh milk delivered from dairy farmers in Nasushiobara, the ice cream is based on the concept of "soft serve ice cream you want to eat every day," and is characterized by a gentle sweetness that brings out the flavor of the milk itself. In order to bring out the sweetness of the fresh milk, the amount of sugar used is kept to a minimum to enhance the sweetness of the milk, and it is an additive-free and fragrance-free soft serve ice cream. You can feel the smooth taste of rich milk, yet it has a clean aftertaste. It is a soft serve ice cream you will want to eat every day. It is available at the "Milk Stand" and "Dining" within the roadside station "Meiji no Mori Kuroiso".

"Meiji no Mori Kuroiso," a roadside station that opened in 2024 in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture, also produces ice milk at its on-site milk processing plant. The plant processes raw milk squeezed by local dairy farmers as quickly as possible. The milk, which is slowly pasteurized at low temperatures, allows you to directly experience the original flavor of the raw milk and the differences in taste depending on the season. This milk's flavor is preserved in the ice milk, which has a gentle sweetness and richness. For the "strawberry" flavor, they have made delicious use of strawberries that did not meet the standard size and skim milk (a by-product of butter production).

This is a special soft-serve ice cream made with fresh raw milk from our farm. We offer a variety of flavors, centered around our standard and delicious "Senbonmatsu Milk." We use exceptionally high-quality raw milk from 96 of our approximately 500 dairy cows. Milking is limited to a few days in winter when conditions are favorable, and the ice cream is made within 24 hours to concentrate the fresh flavor and richness of the freshly squeezed milk. The ice cream, whose quality is managed with serial numbers, is characterized by its refreshing yet rich taste, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness and aroma of the raw milk.
