A guesthouse has opened in Itamuro!

Leu., a guesthouse themed around “living” and renovated from a traditional Japanese inn, opened in April in the Itamuro area of Nasushiobara City! I went to check it out right away 💨 We would love for you to see it for yourselves, so this time we’ll introduce a part of the facility✨ First, the common space right inside the entrance on the first floor. “JAM floor” is a place that sparks interaction among people. With its unique design resembling a flowing river, it’s a space where you can have fun with a large group or relax alone. The view from the tables by the window is sure to become your favorite spot. Next up is the private room guesthouse on the second floor, Leu. (pronounced “Reu”), which apparently comes from the old pronunciation of “dormitory,” “Reu.” It’s a room where you can “live” in starting today, and long-term stays are also possible. Finally, when I heard it was a dormitory on the first basement floor , I imagined it would just be a place to sleep, but I was surprised to find a bed, a table, and enough space to spread out my suitcase! The unique wall pattern is said to be inspired by a flowing river. And, as is typical of a former inn, there’s a natural hot spring bath with free-flowing water that all guests can use, so no matter how much you play, your travel fatigue will be soothed away!
