Shower climbing
Embark on an adventure in the headwaters of the Nakagawa River, one of the cleanest rivers in the Kanto region! Experience thrills with natural pools and jumping ramps! Shower climbing is a must in the summer! Beginners are welcome! The regular course is open to participants aged 6 and up!
Just about two and a half hours from central Tokyo, you can fully enjoy one of the pristineest rivers in the Kanto region!
The shower climbing experience takes place in the headwaters of the Nakagawa River. As this is where the river begins, the water is exceptionally clear, allowing you to see all the way to the riverbed! It's perfect for water activities such as diving into waterfalls and using the river's current as a water slide! Another attraction is that you can enjoy such magnificent nature just about 2.5 hours from the city center. We also recommend using a snorkeling mask to observe marine life. You might even spot cherry salmon and char, which prefer clear streams! Surrounded by beautiful green forests and bathed in dappled sunlight, why not enjoy playing in the untouched headwaters?
Snowshoeing and playing in the snow
Join us for a variety of snow activities on the soft, fluffy highlands of Nasu, guided by a professional who knows the area inside and out. The course has minimal elevation changes, making it perfect for snowshoeing beginners. We'll pick you up by private bus, so even those unsure about walking on snowy paths can relax!

Nasu Highlands is overflowing with untouched nature. Thanks to the dry winds blowing down from Mt. Chausu, fluffy powder snow, which is said to only fall when the conditions are just right, falls and covers the ground!
Tree climbing
The thrill of climbing a tree. Using all your senses to the fullest, the sense of accomplishment when you reach the top, and the exhilarating view from the top are truly exceptional♪ Experience tree climbing and become friends with the trees. We hold irregular events mainly in Tochigi Prefecture. We also hold events in the Kanto and Tohoku regions, so please feel free to contact us. In addition, for those who want to get certified and climb using only their own strength, Tree Climbing Japan is also offering tree climber training courses♪ If you have two or more participants, we can also hold training courses at your location!
Let's become friends with trees.
