Calling all energetic kids and families to Shiobara! Learn about the ecology and breeding methods of the stag beetle that inhabits the forests of Shiobara while completing a breeding kit! A traditional summer vacation program presented by the visitor center that adults can also enjoy! 🔳Dates: July 25th (Sat), July 26th (Sun), August 1st (Sat) 🔳Time: 10:00 – 12:00 🔳Participation fee: 2,000 yen [1,500 yen for those staying overnight] 🔳Capacity: 15 people per session

Perfect for your child’s summer vacation project! 🔳Dates: August 7th (Fri) – August 16th (Sun) Held daily for 10 days 🔳Time: 9:30 – 14:00 🔳Participation Fee: 500 yen – 1,500 yen [Discount available for overnight guests] 🔳Capacity: 25 people per session 🔳Program Duration: 30 – 90 minutes ( Please reserve your arrival time when applying.)
